I have never been a morning person which I have to admit has never been advantageous for the rest of my day. I decided to look up a few life changing morning rituals that might change my moody morning blues. This point does not suggest that it is okay to sleep in every day but if those days come along where your alarm just didn’t go off stay calm. Every time I have been late for work I found myself running around like a headless chicken trying to get ready. These days usually turn out to be a mess. Part of my morning rituals now include staying calm when I am late.
