8 Unknown Secrets From India To Make Your Hair Healthy and Grow Faster!

They follow some hair beauty secrets that have been passed on from generation to generation stemming from the ancient times. They use natural remedies in order to improve not only their hair but their overall health because they believe that all the things that we need to be cured or to be healthier can all be found in the environment.

1. Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera has always been associated with hair care but it is also known for its different medicinal properties. This is not only good for your hair, it is good for your skin too. Get some fresh Aloe Vera leaves and get the gel from the inside. Massage the gel on your hair and scalp so that your scalp will remain moisturized. Massaging your scalp can also promote hair growth.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

If you are having some issues with hair fall, ACV can be used in order to get rid of this problem. This can be helpful in getting rid of dandruff, balancing the pH levels of your scalp and even getting rid of the itch due to having dry scalp. Use this to rinse your hair once and immediately after you will have shiny looking hair. Forego your shampoo that is full of chemicals and use this on your hair instead. You will be surprised with the results.

3. Essential Oils

There are different types of essential oils that can be used for the hair. The most common type is coconut oil but the possibilities are endless. You can use almond, rosemary, thyme, lavender and jojoba oil for your hair. If there are sebum that is stuck on the pores of your scalp, these will be removed. 6. Coconut Oil

This has already been mentioned earlier but it should be repeated that coconut oil is very good for the hair and scalp. Do this procedure to improve the condition of your hair:

  • Heat a small bowl of coconut oil for a few seconds.
  • Make sure that it is warm enough but not hot enough to burn.
  • Massage gently on the scalp with the use of your fingertips. Remember not to use your fingernails as this will hurt your scalp more.
  • Keep on the hair for about half an hour before proceeding with usual hair care.

Doing this coconut oil massage is like a spa for your hair and scalp.  This can help nourish your scalp and break down the build-up of sebum on the hair follicles.

7. Egg Hair Mask

Your hair may need some protein and to do this, you simply need to create an egg hair mask that you can apply on your hair. Make sure to separate the egg whites from the yolks. You will be using the whites of the egg after you whisk them. You have to leave it on the hair for about half an hour before rinsing. Shampoo as usual and afterwards, you will notice that your hair looks shinier and more nourished.

8. Get Less Hair Washes

The hair normally gets exposed to a lot of water and chemicals and these are just some of the components that can make the hair dry and brittle. By washing your hair often, you are going to get rid of the hair’s natural oils that are meant to protect the scalp. You will remove the essential oils from the hair that might result to hair fall and premature gray hair.  Try to wash your hair just once or twice a week for the best results.
