One of the best sources of gaining knowledge is reading. You can not only expand your memory this way but can also obtain knowledge massively. Every book leaves an impact on the reader whether the book is about fantasy, philosophy, romance, history, or any genre. Different genres specialize for different exposure. Sticking to only one is like going to the same place and expecting a different viewpoint.

There’s a saying that states  ‘what you know is a drop and what you don’t know is an ocean.’  People often mistake their wisdom for infinity meanwhile it’s limited to a quarter. That is why literature holds immense significance in an individual’s life. Reading helps in building up the character and maturing through life both practically and professionally.

In this book, the author tells us about how to achieve the road to success with continual devotion to hard work, endless efforts, and an unreasonably long time. How a person’s will to succeed is not enough to pursue what he wants. He must be determined and smart enough to make things work in his favor.

3.   Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl

Viktor Frankl was one of the great psychiatrists from the twentieth century. He survived the Nazi’s death camp’s wrath. This book is based on his and his prisoner inmate’s life-altering experiences and how they made him realize the potential of his mere existence. He states that despite how harsh life gets and we sink into existential crisis life’s meaning can be found through three things; by doing the work we wish and desire to, being with loved ones, and endearing the pain through the suffering, and finding the meaning in it.

Moreover, the second part of the book consists of logotherapy which was introduced to his patients. The book further discussed the few important and interesting facts he realized during his time in life-wrenching death camps.

According to some recent research, reading also makes you more sympathetic. Moreover, it also amplifies your senses. Reading has the power to change our physical brain structure as well. Therefore, always spare some time to read some books and with that, you will be able to create a whole new world in your mind.
