If you keep waking up between 9 PM and 11 PM

If you keep waking up between 11 PM and 1 AM
You’re probably waking up and needing to go to the bathroom. The reason for this is emotional distress. When our emotions are in a flurry, our body is thrown out of whack, and it can affect our gallbladder initially. Identify the emotional crisis you’re having, and find ways to target the effects. For example, adopting a positive mindset might help overrule negativity and bad attitudes.
If you keep waking up between 1 AM and 3 AM
Something has made you angry. You keep letting something, or someone riles you up, and now it’s affecting your sleeping pattern. Make sure to let go of your anger sooner rather than later. Your body is responding to energies that your subconscious can sense, and your mind is attempting to connect to these energies. This is a theory proposed in Ancient Chinese medicine, but it’s still believed by many today.
You may be trying to disguise or block your feelings. When something is bothering you, your quality of sleep is diminished. It also affects your lower intestines. Be more in touch with yourself emotionally, and if you wake up, walk around for a while or use the bathroom to set yourself back on track.
